The mission of Cooperative Janitorial Services is to be an employee
owned janitorial company owned and operated on a cooperative basis.
Results
Cooperative Janitorial Services has been a worker cooperative since 1995. It has its own member board and leadership, meets monthly for policy and operational decisions, and holds its members to high standards.
Current Goals
By the mid 2009 reach:
- $20,000 per month in sales.
- Workforce of 20 full and
part time employee-owners.
